Defective Items:
- If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us by email or text within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will require documentation to verify the defect, such as photos or videos.
- Once the defect is verified, we will issue a full refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return (if item was shipped).
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS UNLESS ITEM IS DEFECTIVE (SEE ABOVE)
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Items must be returned unwashed, free of any odors-including cigarette smoke and perfume, no pet hair, and no stains of any sort. ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

Please include your packing slip with your return, the packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all order information on it.
Once received, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
